According to the world’s football record on the latest FIFA rank, the Nigerian super eagles had dropped by one point from 1,482 points in September to 1,481 points recorded in October and has made the Eagles move down to 35th position this month of October.
However, Nigeria still remains the third-best African team after Senegal and Tunisia with 1,546 and 1,495 points ranking 20th and 29th position respectively.
Of the 180 international matches recently played, Belgium, France, and Brazil remained as world leaders in position, while England, Uruguay, Portugal, Croatia, Spain, Argentina, and Colombia stand their respective positions as the top 10 best teams.
A significant rise was recorded in Ukraine (22nd, Up 3), Japan (28th, up 3), Turkey (32nd, up 4) and Russia (37th, up 5) during the review.
